Parents are the most committed group in education. Their impact on their child's success in school is far greater than the teachers. Recognizing this, we present incoming parents with full information about the school's philosophy, vision, mission and methodology so that they can truly be partners with our staff to realize our school's vision for their child. With the vision encompassing more than academic learning, it means that both parents and teachers become learners, too, modeling the qualities of lifelong learner that we want our children and students to be.
This section supports parents by providing continuing information about happenings within the school through the newsletter and calendar. Because parents are required to participate in the school, information is provided about the parent participation program and parent contacts who can assist them in finding jobs to fulfill this commitment. It also includes information that will help them in learning how to become a parent of a budding adolescent.
